On the same day, during the National Assembly Public Administration and Security Committee's audit, Chief Jo responded to a question from Lee Dal-hee, a member of the People Power Party, asking, "Would this not apply to an ordinary person?"

Regarding the question, "Isn't a blood alcohol concentration of 0.149% a state where normal driving is difficult?" Chief Jo said, "It needs to be investigated specifically."
