[Breaking] Elliott Loses Contract Deposit Refund Lawsuit Against Samsung C&T

US-based hedge fund Elliott lost the lawsuit claiming the return of approximately 26.7 billion KRW in contract money against Samsung C&T Corporation.

The Civil Division 22 of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Choi Wook-jin) on the 27th dismissed Elliott's claim for the return of contract money against Samsung C&T Corporation, ruling in favor of the defendant.
