Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold Integrity Junior Board Work Report on the 26th Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education held a Junior Integrity Board business briefing session on the 26th.

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education held a work report meeting for the ‘Integrity Junior Board,’ which was launched last May.

On the 26th, the Office of Education announced that it conducted the work report for the ‘Integrity Junior Board,’ a youth public official council based on creative thinking and free communication, at the Green Lounge in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

The Integrity Junior Board consists of 34 public officials in their 20s and 30s with less than 7 years of work experience, and has been actively operating since its inauguration ceremony last May.

The work report on this day proceeded in the order of reporting the results of the integrity campaign, presenting proposals on integrity topics, and an integrity video contest.

In particular, the report on the integrity campaign results included presentations of various field-centered activities conducted by different organizations, such as the campaign ‘Integrity Moist’ encouraging voluntary practice of integrity, ‘Integrity Mailbox’ where individuals self-evaluate their efforts for integrity, and ‘Papami,’ which introduces good stories of organizational culture.

Following this, the proposal presentations on integrity topics included creative suggestions such as the plan ‘Normalization of Integrity’ for everyday integrity within the Gyeonggi education family, the slogan proposal ‘Integrity Path Starts with One Step’ for forming an integrity organizational culture, and ‘Integrity Public Officials’ Work Style Assessment (MBTI)’ to foster mutual understanding.

The Office of Education plans to actively review the excellent campaigns and various proposals presented by them to find concrete implementation measures.

Jung Jin-min, Auditor of the Office of Education, said, "I felt the fresh ideas and sincere concerns of passionate young public officials about integrity," and added, "We expect them to create a genuine wave of integrity for transparent Gyeonggi education in the future."
