[Breaking News] MBN Wins Appeal in KCC's 6-Month Business Suspension Cancellation Lawsuit

Maeil Broadcasting Network (MBN) won the appeal in the second trial of the lawsuit it filed against the Korea Communications Commission's six-month suspension order in 2020.

On the 25th, the Seoul High Court Administrative Division 11-1 (Chief Judge Choi Suhwan) overturned the first trial's ruling, which had dismissed MBN's lawsuit seeking cancellation of the suspension order against the Korea Communications Commission, and ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the appeal trial.
