Kyungdong Navien announced on the 13th that it will expand the 'Navien Ventilation System Care Service,' which was introduced last year along with the rental of ventilation purifiers, to cover ventilation products from all manufacturers.

The 'Navien Ventilation System Care Service' is a service where dedicated engineers who have completed training at the direct service centers related to ventilation products help maintain the ventilation products in optimal condition at all times through cleaning, filter replacement, and more.

Kyungdong Navien has decided to provide the ventilation system care service regardless of the manufacturer. Since air quality management products can experience performance degradation and the growth of bacteria and mold if not properly maintained due to clogged filters, the company aims to allow more customers to enjoy comfortable air through professional management. When the service is requested, the overall usage environment and operating status of the ventilation system are inspected, and contaminants inside the main unit and the 'heat exchanger' are removed using a powerful vacuum cleaner. Additionally, the 'pre-filter' and 'dust collection filter,' which remove large dust particles and ultrafine dust and are custom-made filters applicable to products from all manufacturers, are replaced.
