This Year's KHNP Support Project Workshop Successfully Held
Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power launched its new brand, 'Hanul Danurim Care', on the 10th with the attendance of over 80 people, including representatives from major local organizations and related institutions.
'Hanul Danurim Care' is a package that combines 11 existing projects with high resident satisfaction among KHNP support programs and adds one new project, so that all residents of Uljin County can receive support tailored to each stage of life. The newly launched area is the 'Elementary, Middle, and High School Learning Assistance Voucher (Scholarship) Support Project'.
This project provides scholarships in varying amounts to all students residing in Uljin County, differentiated by elementary, middle, and high school levels, so students can directly benefit from these tangible advantages. Students will be given cards that can be used to purchase school supplies and textbooks within the local area, and these cards can also be used as transportation cards.
The 'Hanul Danurim Care' project consists of: ① Elementary, Middle, and High School Learning Assistance Voucher Support (new) ② Support for postpartum care center admission ③ Support for birth celebration gifts ④ Support for elementary, middle, and high school graduation albums ⑤ Elementary school English experience learning ⑥ Middle school overseas cultural exploration ⑦ Comprehensive health check-up support ⑧ Public medical care nursing cost support ⑨ Public medical care emergency transport support ⑩ Tap water fee support ⑪ TV license fee support ⑫ Electricity bill support, among others.
Lee Seyong, head of the headquarters, said, "To ensure the sustainability of KHNP support projects, 'Hanul Danurim Care' will become a practical and tangible program for local residents, and we will continue to thoroughly look after every aspect of residents' lives so that nothing is overlooked."
