In collaboration with Busan Tourism Organization and Korea Tourism Organization, the city of Busan has introduced Korea's first seasonal nighttime tourism content, "Byeolbada Busan Night Festa," to promote stay-type tourism. With a variety of "hip and hot" content that allowed visitors to enjoy the exceptionally hot summer of 2024 in their own way, Busan has successfully helped people beat the heat. This fall, the city plans to continue unveiling a wide range of nighttime tourism content that can be enjoyed by all generations.

The Gwangalli M Drone Light Show, Busan's signature nighttime tourism content, has established itself as Korea's leading nighttime attraction by offering two regular performances every Saturday, each with a unique weekly theme.

On the 14th, a special holiday performance using 2,000 drones is scheduled in celebration of Chuseok, and is expected to attract many family tourists.

The Busan Fireworks Festival, which draws about one million visitors annually, will be held on November 9. This year, the festival is evolving into a global event, having successfully attracted group tourists from overseas, including 1,500 visitors from Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, in addition to domestic tourists.

Tourists seeking unique, experience-based nighttime tourism with a trendy twist should pay attention to the "Night Festa." New nighttime programs for all age groups are prepared to offer visitors, who endured record-breaking heat, a refreshing and unique autumn night in Busan.

The "Night Festa" program, which ushered in the early autumn nights of Busan, is the "Yongdusan Park Water & Magic Kids Night Playground."

From the 6th for three days, the area around Yongdusan Park transformed into an exciting "kids playground," featuring magic experiences, magic shows, and an LED water bomb event with real robots for children.

This event, which attracted about 5,500 visitors over three days, successfully revitalized the previously stagnant Yongdusan Park.

Busan is the only place in Korea where the country's longest river, the Nakdonggang, meets the sea. The tranquil view of the Nakdonggang merging with the ocean at sunset is truly spectacular.

At the "Byeolbada Busan Night Market," which will open at the Hwamyung Ecological Park Lotus Complex in September and October, visitors can enjoy a themed night market accompanied by the cool river breeze on autumn nights. Programs for the whole family include Busan traditional liquor cocktail pop-ups, a self-cooking zone, traditional liquor making, sunset yoga, earthing experiences, cooking classes, and a children's flea market.

In particular, in mid-October, the event will be held together with the "Nakdonggang Gupo Naru Festival," offering even more fun and excitement.

Also making its debut this year, the "Byeolbada Busan Night Popcorn Festival" will be held at Yongdusan Park for three days starting September 26.

The "2024 Byeolbada Busan Night Popcorn Festival" will transform the Yongdusan Park area into an emotional nighttime festival, featuring performances by popular artists themed around the colorful nightscape of Busan, a silent system music appreciation zone with various genres, experiences, food, and a flea market zone.

The popular nighttime content that heated up Busan's summer nights will continue into the fall.

The "Byeolbada Busan Night Mission Tour," which became a sensation upon its launch in July, and the "Byeolbada Busan Night Pop-up," which attracted over 24,000 domestic and international tourists through collaboration with Busan's communication character "Boogi," are also set to collaborate with new popular MZ characters this fall.

The signature content of the "Night Festa," the "Byeolbada Busan River Dinner Cruise," will also operate through October, allowing visitors to fully enjoy Busan's autumn nights amidst the golden reflections and skyscrapers along the Suyeonggang River.

Busan Tourism Organization expects great interest and participation as it prepares to present diverse nighttime content for domestic and international tourists during the fall season, which is filled with global festivals including the Busan International Film Festival.

Details on the "2024 Byeolbada Busan Night Festa" programs, reservations, SNS events, and other related information can be found on the dedicated nighttime tourism Instagram channel "Byeolbada Busan" and the Busan tourism portal website.
