Ulsan Office of Education Shares Warmth with Seven Social Welfare Facilities for Chuseok Holiday

Relief Goods Worth 10.7 Million Won Delivered by the 5th

Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Cheon Changsu) announced that, in celebration of the Chuseok holiday, it will visit seven social welfare facilities in Ulsan from the 3rd to the 5th, delivering consolation gifts worth approximately 10.7 million KRW.


On the 3rd, Superintendent Cheon Changsu visited the Meaeri residential facility for people with disabilities in Buk-gu, delivering daily necessities and other gifts, and encouraged the facility staff.


On the 4th and 5th, Deputy Superintendent Yeom Giseong, Director of Education Han Sangcheol, and Director of Administration Choi Jonggil will visit six facilities, including Gyeojassi, a child welfare facility in Buk-gu, to deliver consolation gifts.


The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education has visited social welfare facilities every year during holidays to deliver gifts. It plans to continue leading the way in sharing warmth and neighborly love within the community.


Superintendent Cheon Changsu stated, "I would like to thank everyone who practices neighborly love in various ways despite challenging circumstances," and added, "I hope that continued interest and support for our marginalized neighbors will allow everyone to enjoy a bountiful Chuseok."
