At the training, more than 100 CEOs of general construction companies, whose construction capabilities are evaluated within the jurisdiction, attended. The session covered details of the occupational accident prevention activities evaluation, as well as essential leadership competencies required for accident prevention under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
Kwon Guhyeong, Branch Manager, stated, "Amid challenging weather conditions such as recent heat waves and heavy rain, the interest of CEOs is more important than ever to ensure safe construction sites," and urged, "As CEOs, please take an active interest and fulfill your roles so that voluntary safety activities can be effectively implemented on-site."
