The Ventures Invests in AI-Based B2B Lead Generation Solution 'Outcome'

Early-stage venture capital firm The Ventures announced on the 29th that it has invested in 'Outcome,' an artificial intelligence (AI)-based business-to-business (B2B) lead generation solution.


Outcome is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that addresses the lead generation challenges faced by sales and marketing professionals in B2B companies. It supports the entire B2B lead generation process, from discovering contact points to sending messages and post-management.

Outcome uses AI to learn the behavioral patterns of potential leads, accurately selecting target companies and analyzing their purchase likelihood. It then generates hyper-personalized messages for each company and sends them through channels such as email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold calls to attract potential customers' interest. It also analyzes leads' responses in real time and automatically resends reminder content at appropriate times.


Outcome's messages have an average open rate of 62%, which is four times higher than the industry average; a link open rate of 13%, 13 times higher than average; and a document open rate of 7%, a 14-fold increase. As a result, the service achieved cumulative sales of 100 million KRW within eight months of launch, and its monthly average sales have been growing by 200% each month, showing a steep growth trajectory.


Kosanghyuk, CEO of Outcome, said, "Our differentiation lies in focusing on discovering potential customers with a high purchase probability during the B2B sales process. Moving forward, we will actively utilize AI technology in hypothesis setting and customer identification to provide customers with faster and more accurate lead generation experiences."


Kim Cheolwoo, CEO of The Ventures, explained the investment reason, saying, "I found the team's problem-solving approach interesting as they focused on the differentiated point of lead generation to solve the problems directly discovered in the B2B sales process. Considering the team's remarkable monthly growth rate of 212%, I expect them to quickly establish a foothold in the B2B sales lead generation market."
