Cho Kyu-hong, Minister of Health and Welfare, is attending the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters meeting on the doctors' collective action held on the 28th at the Government Seoul Office in Jongno, Seoul. The medical vacancy crisis, which began with the collective resignation of residents, is escalating as the Health and Medical Workers' Union will also go on strike starting at 7 a.m. on the 29th if labor-management negotiations are not settled.
