Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seongheon) will open the 'Redevelopment and Reconstruction Maintenance Project Academy' again in the second half of this year. The first half academy held from April to July received great response, with a total of 1,568 participants attending in-person sessions and over 5,200 views on YouTube.
The second half academy consists of 8 sessions and will be held every other Tuesday from 6:30 PM for 2 hours at Hahaha Hongje Village Vitality Center (483 Tongil-ro) from September 10 to December 17.
Instructors including Seoul City maintenance project academy lecturers, maintenance project coordinators, architects, lawyers, and appraisers will give lectures on ▲the stages and procedures of maintenance projects ▲various dispute and litigation cases ▲integrity of maintenance project association executives.
Up to 100 participants, including maintenance project association executives and employees as well as Seodaemun-gu residents interested in maintenance projects, can join.
