Optimal Design for Temperature and Steaming Time

Cuchen announced on the 5th that it will launch the ‘Grain’ rice cooker, which applies dedicated algorithms for various grains and rice varieties.
The Grain rice cooker is designed to enhance the natural excellent taste and nutrition of grains, delivering healthy and delicious rice. To achieve this, Cuchen integrated the cooking algorithms from its Rice Taste Research Institute into the Grain rice cooker’s ‘Menu+’ feature. This feature implements a total of 15 rice taste algorithms. In particular, it applies algorithms that maximize the taste and texture of popular grains classified as super grains, such as super grain rice, barley mixed grain rice, black rice, millet rice, and oat rice. Cuchen explained that they selected nutritious grains and grains beneficial for healthy dieting and blood sugar management, designing the optimal algorithm for each type that determines the most suitable temperature and cooking time from cooking to steaming.
Additionally, the Grain rice cooker cooks five types of ‘121 Healthy Grains’ (Vitality Grains, Slim Grains, Wisdom Grains, Low-Sugar Grains, Strong Grains), jointly developed by Cuchen and Nonghyup Grain.
Besides grains, dedicated algorithms for popular rice varieties such as Sindongjinmi, Samgwangmi, Chindeulmi, Alchanmi, and Odaemi are also implemented. Cuchen is collaborating with Nonghyup Grain to develop these exclusive rice varieties for the Grain rice cooker.
The product, available in 6-person and 10-person sizes, features a safe and hygienic premium stainless steel (STS 316Ti) inner pot. It is also compatible with coated inner pots. The cooker includes a ‘Silent Guard’ that reduces steam emission and noise.
The hidden display emphasizing user convenience is also notable. Commonly consumed mixed grains and brown rice (100% brown rice) menus are placed on the front of the rice cooker for easy visibility, and the 15 cooking options can be selected by pressing and holding the ‘Menu+’ button for 2 seconds.
The new product will be available online and offline starting from the 12th.
