On the 26th, Hanwha Ocean stated during the Q2 earnings conference call, "Considering environmental regulations and the demand for replacing aging vessels in the mid to long term, the demand for new LNG carriers will remain robust." They added, "The outcome of the U.S. presidential election in November seems important, and depending on the result, new pipeline demand is expected to accelerate, leading to an increase in new demand."
