The city plans to establish a system where professional consultants can handle administrative complaints, daily life complaints, taxation, welfare, transportation, and related information through a single phone call. The city expects that the system will resolve inconveniences such as repeated phone transfers, absence of responsible personnel, and unfriendly consultations.
In particular, during the call center system establishment process, the city plans to introduce an intelligent chatbot to allow citizens to conveniently use the service non-face-to-face through natural language questions and answers.
Starting with this civil complaint consultation call center system establishment project, the city plans to officially launch call center operations in December after recruiting consultants, conducting job training, and pilot operations.
A city official said, "We will strive to make the civil complaint consultation call center a communication channel that approaches citizens more closely."
