Shinsegae Department Store stated that this sponsorship aims to contribute to raising awareness about disabilities. Through its sponsorship efforts, Shinsegae Department Store received certification as an excellent cultural and arts sponsor from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2015, and last year, it became the first in the industry to receive the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award.
Lee Won-ho, Executive Director in charge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at Shinsegae Department Store, said, "We will continue to showcase our vision of 'A New World Opened with Shinsegae' through cultural and artistic sponsorships."
