Hongseong County in South Chungcheong Province is launching the "Hongseong Hanwoo Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza" to revitalize the local livestock industry.
On the 23rd, Hongseong County Governor Lee Yongrok signed an agreement with Hongseong Livestock Cooperative President Lee Daeyoung and Pizza Alvolo CEO Lee Jaewook for the launch of the Hongseong Hanwoo Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza.
Lee Jaewook, CEO of Pizza Alvolo, who was appointed as a promotional ambassador for Hongseong County last year, succeeded in developing the Hongseong Hanwoo Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza using bulgogi beef cuts after a year of research to boost the local economy.
In particular, the quality was enhanced by collaborating with the leading kimchi brand "Jongga."
The Hongseong Hanwoo Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza is expected to appeal to all age groups with its distinctive taste, setting it apart from conventional pizzas.
Governor Lee emphasized, "The launch of this pizza is not just about developing a new product, but a meaningful attempt to support the struggling local livestock industry and elevate the value of Korean Hanwoo. We ask for your keen interest."
