Record High Number of Applicants and Highest Competition Rate This Year

Lotte Construction is conducting official contracts for 'Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel,' located at 64-3 Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, until the 3rd of this month. Contract holders can proceed with the contract by reserving a visit date and time on the website.

Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel will be built on the site of 64-3 Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 903 households ranging from 39 to 110㎡ in exclusive area. The general sale units are 489 households ranging from 59 to 110㎡. Move-in is scheduled for March 2027.

Various benefits have been prepared to reduce the financial burden on buyers. The down payment is 10%, with an initial payment of 10 million KRW, and the remainder must be paid within 30 days.
