Daishin Securities Publishes '2024 Integrated Report'... 26 Consecutive Years of Cash Dividends

Daishin Securities announced on the 1st that it has published the ‘2024 Integrated Report’ containing its ESG management activities and achievements.

The report introduces Daishin Securities’ financial and non-financial performance on 10 key issues related to sustainable management.

The key issues are △building a future foundation △strengthening risk management systems △protecting financial consumers △talent development and capacity building △compliance with ethics and regulations △enhancing employee welfare and innovating corporate culture △shareholder-friendly governance △leading digital finance △establishing sound governance △investment decision-making considering environmental issues.

In particular, the report places significant emphasis on risk management and the operation of internal control systems, which stood out last year. Measures to protect financial consumers, such as voluntarily participating in information security self-disclosure, further enhanced Daishin Securities’ credibility.

The shareholder return policy, including 26 consecutive years of cash dividends and changes to the dividend record date, is also a notable aspect.

Last year, Daishin Securities launched the Group ESG Committee, which functions as the control tower for ESG management at the group level. The committee, composed of CEOs from Daishin Securities and its affiliates, plans to implement systematic ESG management across the entire organization.
