The Graduate School of Industrial Management at Kyungnam University is accepting additional applications for new students for the 2024 Fall Semester Master's Degree Program until July 15.
The departments open for recruitment include eight departments: ▲Department of Business Administration (General Management Major, Professional Management Major) ▲Department of Mechanical Engineering ▲Department of Electrical Engineering ▲Department of Civil Engineering ▲Department of Information and Communication AI Engineering ▲Department of Cultural Heritage Restoration Arts ▲Department of Future Mobility ICT Convergence Engineering ▲Department of Smart Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
The Department of Business Administration offers an excellent curriculum to foster regionally specialized professionals, global talents, and creative individuals through its master's degree program. It is divided into General Management Major and Professional Management Major (Military Management Track), with the Professional Management Major open to active-duty military personnel and military officials.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering cultivates character and qualities as professionals in the mechanical engineering industry by carrying out creative research projects based on fundamental theories of natural science and engineering, pioneering new knowledge and technologies.
The Department of Electrical Engineering aims to nurture competent and creative technical professionals by developing application skills, design, and research capabilities through advanced theory and laboratory practice based on knowledge in electricity, electronics, information, and computers.
The Department of Civil Engineering helps students understand the fundamental knowledge of the wide-ranging field of civil engineering, and based on this, fosters outstanding talents with adaptability and creativity who can apply their knowledge in the field.
The Department of Information and Communication AI Engineering cultivates core talents who can effectively utilize cutting-edge artificial intelligence and big data technologies, which are emerging as key elements in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It also provides opportunities for hands-on experience to develop skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
The Department of Cultural Heritage Restoration Arts trains practical professionals through education in art restoration and cultural heritage preservation. The curriculum centers on hands-on restoration practice, offering specialized courses that can be directly applied to the field, such as obtaining restoration certifications.
The Department of Future Mobility ICT Convergence Engineering fosters advanced technical convergence talents who will lead the industrial transformation to future mobility, including next-generation automobiles. As an online degree program, most classes are conducted 100% online, and a degree can be earned in just four semesters.
The Department of Smart Manufacturing Systems Engineering is a contract-based department for small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to train professionals by teaching technologies required for smart factory operations and enhancing post-implementation management efficiency.
