The complex is situated in the heart of Cheongju with well-established infrastructure and is analyzed to have attracted demand due to its premium features not previously seen in Cheongju.

'Cheongju Central City' is Cheongju's only complex cultural district, including the Cheongju Express Bus Terminal, apartments, retail facilities, cultural and assembly facilities, and will feature the Hyundai Outlet Cheongju branch (planned), a Megabox with a DA hall (planned), and a festival garden.
Moreover, the large-scale lifestyle complex shopping mall of about 30,000 pyeong with a major fashion mall and enhanced F&B functions within the complex is expected to become Cheongju's largest commercial district by linking with existing central commercial areas such as Megapolis (including Lotte Mart) and NC Department Store, raising expectations for future value.
Within walking distance are elementary, middle, and high schools including Gangseo Elementary, Punggwang Elementary, Seowon Middle, Seohyeon Middle, and Chungbuk National University-affiliated High School. Nearby are also Bumoosan Mountain, Pungnyeongol Park, Balsan Park, and Gagyeongcheon Stream. Additionally, Lotte Mart, Homeplus, Hyundai Department Store, Lotte Outlet, Chungbuk National University Hospital, Hana Hospital, and Cheongju Hyundai Hospital are close by.
Wide-area accessibility is excellent via the nearby Chungbuk Line Cheongju Station and KTX Osong Station, and the opening of the Cheongju Gangseo Hi-Pass IC connected to the Jungbu Expressway will facilitate easier highway access. The complex is located at the intersection of Garosu-gil and the 2nd Ring Road, the main arterial roads of Cheongju, and offers convenient access to key transportation networks such as the Gyeongbu Expressway and the 3rd Ring Road.
This enables convenient commuting to Cheongju Industrial Complex, Cheongju Technopolis, Osong Life Science Complex, and Ochang Science Industrial Complex, ensuring excellent proximity between residence and workplace.
The complex also boasts premium designs not seen in the surrounding area. On the top floor, the 49th floor, a sky community will be established. It is the only 49-floor sky community facility in Cheongju, featuring a sky fitness center, sky bridge, party room, and sky lounge with dining room. Additionally, on the 4th floor, various community facilities such as a screen golf course and Hills Lounge will be provided for residents.
Except for some units, the interiors are innovatively designed with a 4-bay cross-ventilation structure, unobstructed views, and predominantly south-facing layouts. The indoor space features a ceiling height of 2.4 meters and balcony glass railings to maximize spatial openness and a sense of openness, with ample storage including entrance pantries, master bedroom dressing rooms, and individual underground storage for each unit.
