The training simulated a hypothetical fire scenario and included activities such as deploying and spraying water with fire pump truck oxidation hose reels, relay water spraying between fire pump trucks and water tank trucks, and fire suppression using specialized firefighting vehicles (rugged terrain pump trucks), conducted together with related organizations and volunteer firefighters.

Yang Young-seok, Chief of Jeju Fire Station, stated, “Since wildfires in forests and other mountainous areas can rapidly spread and cause large-scale fire damage, we will establish a thorough fire response system through regular cooperation with related organizations.”
