Gyeonggi Province has begun construction of functional facilities including a clubhouse, ship repair shop, and fueling station at Jebu Marina in Hwaseong City.
Jebu Marina is located in Seosin-myeon, Hwaseong City, and is the largest marina in the province. It features mooring facilities capable of accommodating 300 vessels, as well as facilities and services for storing, boarding, and disembarking recreational and leisure boats.
However, convenience facilities for marina users and visitors have been insufficient, and until now, containers have been used as management offices, causing difficulties in staff working conditions and facility management.
The facilities to be constructed this time include ▲port-related office facilities for public services and facility management of the marina ▲a clubhouse for users ▲management and operation facilities such as meeting rooms ▲ship repair facilities for vessel maintenance ▲and fueling facilities.
Gyeonggi Province will build the facilities as 100% environmentally friendly buildings by obtaining preliminary certifications for ‘Energy Efficiency Grade 1+++’ and ‘Zero Energy Building Grade 1’.
