‘Grants Riverpark’ Expected to Host Chosun Hotel Luxury Amenities [Granz River Park Perspective View]

‘Granz Riverpark,’ developed through the Seongnae 5 District redevelopment project (Seongnae-dong area) in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, is attracting attention as the first high-end apartment complex in Gangdong-gu. The complex is set to feature specialized designs both inside and out, along with hotel-style amenities, concierge secretary services, Shinsegae breakfast service, and AI Baggage robots, offering an unparalleled rarity not seen in the existing premium housing market.

Due to rumors of it being Gangdong-gu’s first high-end apartment, numerous celebrities and notable figures, including actors Jung Joon-ho, Jeon Kwang-ryul, Lee Wan, comedian Kim Jun-ho, announcer Kim Hyun-wook, and Jang Su-won (member of Sechs Kies), visited the project briefing sessions held until April, demonstrating the high interest in this high-end complex.

Granz Riverpark features a rooftop garden reminiscent of those found in hotels, allowing residents to enjoy the night view of Seoul and the Han River. It plans to offer Shinsegae breakfast service (user-paid), which is also operated in high-end residential complexes such as Trimage and Brighton Yeouido. Additionally, the complex is pushing to deploy AI Baggage robots in the underground parking lot to carry luggage from the parking area directly to residents’ units.

Moreover, through a partnership with the concierge service platform ‘SL Platform (SLP),’ residents will be provided with a dedicated application to conveniently access hotel-style residential services via mobile. Residents will also receive free secretary services for one year after moving in through a dedicated resident hotline. Other services such as home-cooked meal delivery, life care, market (group purchase) services, car wash visits, car sharing, and item storage will also be available for residents to freely choose and use. (Service fees apply)

The commercial facilities within Granz Riverpark will be directly operated by the developer, DH Group of ‘Wanna Cheongdam,’ which leads high-end residential culture. Accordingly, the commercial spaces will be designed with trendy MD compositions, and agreements have been completed with various convenience facilities including Samsung Store, Shinsegae breakfast service (user-paid), and Starbucks, further enhancing residents’ living convenience. In particular, an exclusive Samsung Electronics online welfare mall for Granz Riverpark residents is being prepared, allowing residents to access a variety of Samsung home appliances and services conveniently.

Furthermore, the developer DH Property One is currently receiving letters of intent regarding the operation of hotel-style luxury amenities within the neighborhood facilities of the complex, including premium sauna, fitness, and screen golf from Chosun Hotel, and detailed operations are under discussion, raising expectations even higher.

In this way, Granz Riverpark is enhancing the value of the complex through collaborations with Shinsegae Group’s breakfast service, Starbucks, and Chosun Hotel’s premium fitness (under operation negotiation), among others.

A sales official stated, “The first contract holders of Granz Riverpark will receive VVIP benefits at Yangyang The& Resort for three years, allowing them to enjoy leisure even outside the complex,” adding, “We are continuously striving to maximize residents’ housing satisfaction.”

The Granz Riverpark housing exhibition center is located in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and is scheduled to open in June.
