HiteJinro announced on the 12th that it will purchase land and buildings worth 129.8 billion KRW located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul from Jusung R&D Co., Ltd. This amount corresponds to 3.86% of HiteJinro's total assets.
The land area is 1,402.5㎡ (approximately 424 pyeong), and the scheduled acquisition date is the 2nd of next month.
HiteJinro explained the purpose of acquisition as "to secure office-use land."
