Earlier on the 9th, a YouTube channel revealed the identity of Mr. A as the 12th perpetrator of the Miryang sexual assault case. This included Mr. A's occupation, a photo of his wife, contact information, social media (SNS) details, and even the name of the apartment where Mr. A resides. After this, the apartment ranked high in searches on Hogangnono. Some netizens even asked about the building and unit number where Mr. A lives.

However, it has not been confirmed whether Mr. A is indeed involved in the Miryang group sexual assault case or if he actually resides in the mentioned apartment. Mr. A has not made any statements.

YouTubers Reveal Identities of Miryang Sexual Assault Perpetrators... Controversy Over 'Private Sanctions'

The case was recently brought back into the spotlight when the YouTuber 'Narakbogwanso' disclosed the identities of some perpetrators involved in the Miryang group sexual assault case. The perpetrators whose identities were revealed faced repercussions such as being fired from their workplaces.

However, during this process, other YouTubers also disclosed the perpetrators' identities, and netizens criticized them for possibly imposing private sanctions without the victims' consent. Various YouTube channels continue to expose information, but there have been cases where innocent people were mistakenly identified as perpetrators.

Meanwhile, the Miryang middle school girl group sexual assault case involved 44 high school students in Gyeongnam Miryang sexually assaulting a middle school girl over the course of a year in 2004. The perpetrators, who were high school students at the time, are now in their 30s. Because some perpetrators reached settlements with parts of the victim's family, they were either not prosecuted or received probation, leaving no criminal records.
