Bespoke AI Combo Global Advertising Campaign Unveiled
Samsung Electronics' all-in-one washer-dryer 'Bespoke AI Combo' meets the emotion characters from the movie 'Inside Out 2,' which opens on the 12th of next month.
Samsung Electronics announced on the 28th that it has unveiled a global advertising campaign for the Bespoke AI Combo using Inside Out 2 in collaboration with Walt Disney Company Korea.
Inside Out 2 is the sequel to 'Inside Out,' which was released in 2015 and was a global hit. The story follows 13-year-old 'Riley,' whose emotion control center in her mind encounters unfamiliar emotions such as 'Anxiety,' 'Embarrassment,' 'Boredom,' and 'Envy,' leading to a new adventure.
The campaign video features AI functions of the Bespoke AI Combo, such as 'AI Bubble' and 'AI Customized Course,' acting as problem solvers for the various emotions Riley experiences while doing laundry. These functions alleviate the bothersome emotions that arise during the washing process, providing convenience and enjoyment.
Jung Ji-eun, Executive Director at Samsung Electronics, said, "The collaboration with Inside Out 2 was a fresh project because it allowed for diverse storytelling," adding, "We will continue to faithfully deliver the benefits of the Bespoke AI Combo, which cares for the various emotions of consumers."
Meanwhile, the Bespoke AI Combo sold 1,000 units within three days of its launch in February and became the first product in the domestic heat pump washer-dryer market to surpass cumulative sales of 10,000 units.
