Korens Vice President Min Sook Ha Donates 10 Million Won Development Fund to Silla University

Shilla University (President Heo Namsik) announced on the 16th that Korens Vice Chairperson Ha Minsuk, whose company is located in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, has donated 10 million KRW to the university development fund.


The donation ceremony was held on the 13th at the President’s Reception Room in the main building of Shilla University, attended by President Heo Namsik, Vice Chairperson Ha Minsuk of Korens, and other related officials.


Vice Chairperson Ha Minsuk, who is currently enrolled in the 7th Executive MBA course at Shilla University, delivered the 10 million KRW development fund, expressing her wish for it to be used for the advancement of Shilla University, which is dedicated to nurturing local talent.


Korens (Chairperson Cho Yongguk), with its headquarters in Yangsan, Gyeongnam and a manufacturing plant in Gangseo-gu, Busan, is a company specializing in eco-friendly parts production. Based on solutions for future vehicles and eco-friendly cars, the company is making strides in the global market. In line with the global trend of ESG management, Korens is responsible for key eco-friendly automotive parts in various sectors, operates an ESG control center, and engages in a variety of community contribution activities.


Vice Chairperson Ha Minsuk said, "While participating in the Executive MBA course, I felt that Shilla University not only fosters talent for regional development but also contributes in many other areas," adding, "I support Shilla University students in becoming the future talents of Korea."
