[Special Stock] Cube Enter, Up 10%... Operating Profit Soars 510% Highlighting 'Record-Breaking Performance'

As of 9:11 AM on the 14th, Cube Entertainment is trading at 15,190 KRW, up 1,430 KRW (10.39%) compared to the previous day. The day before, Cube Entertainment's stock price fell 3.91%, threatening a 52-week low (13,590 KRW). However, after the market closed, the announcement of the first-quarter earnings triggered a strong rebound.

Cube Entertainment's first-quarter revenue was 49.6 billion KRW, and operating profit was 5.8 billion KRW. These are the highest quarterly results in history. Compared to the same period last year, revenue and operating profit increased by 104% and 510%, respectively. Their main intellectual property (IP), (G)I-DLE's second full album, recorded first-week sales (initial week sales) of 1.53 million copies. This ranks fifth among all girl groups historically and is the highest sales volume excluding the four major entertainment companies: HYBE, JYP, SM, and YG. Not only the entertainment business but also the cosmetics business saw sales increase by more than 70% compared to the same period last year.

Cube Entertainment plans to continue its strong performance by expanding its IP lineup. 'Now, Our Days' debuted last month as the first male idol group under the label in eight years. (G)I-DLE member Yuqi also recorded the third highest first-week sales (570,000 copies) for a female soloist with her first solo album released in April, six years after debut. In the third quarter, (G)I-DLE's world tour is scheduled. Starting in Seoul in August, they will meet global fans in a total of 14 cities including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Tacoma, Auckland, Anaheim, Houston, Rosemont, Belmont Park, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Melbourne, and Sydney.
