A man in his 50s who obstructed merchants' business by exposing an artificial anus, commonly called a 'jangru bag,' attached to his body was arrested.
On the 30th, the Busan Jungbu Police Station announced that they had arrested and sent Mr. A, who habitually threatened merchants while intoxicated by exposing the artificial organ from late December last year to the end of March this year.
Mr. A is accused of violating the Special Act (retaliatory threats), obstructing official duties, and interfering with business by showing the artificial organ attached outside his abdomen to merchants in the Jagalchi street food stall area in Nampo-dong, Busan, thereby disrupting their business and threatening them.
According to the police, Mr. A roamed around the Nampo-dong street food stall area and Jagalchi Market, picking quarrels with merchants and customers, and at times forcibly selling items such as cosmetics to the merchants.
It was revealed that about 90 reports of Mr. A's misconduct were filed in the past three months.
