POSCO Holdings announced during its Q1 earnings presentation on the 25th that "to enhance the qualitative substance of its growth strategy, the timing of some business investments will be postponed."
Investments in lithium, nickel, cathode materials, and anode materials, originally scheduled until 2026, have been delayed until 2027 or 2028, and investments in natural graphite and artificial graphite production capacities of 80,000 tons and 20,000 tons respectively are being reconsidered.
