On the 24th, a post titled "Rude customer, a day that leaves a heavy heart" was uploaded to an online community. As of the 25th, the post had garnered over 1,100 views, becoming a hot topic. The author, Mr. A, who revealed that he runs a small business, began by saying, "There is a customer who occasionally comes by, and after drinking one or two bottles of soju, he gets drunk and curses at the staff."

Mr. A continued, "I was relieved because he hadn’t shown up for a while, but when I went to the store last night, he came again after a year," and exposed the misbehavior of customer Mr. B, saying, "He and one companion drank three bottles together and were already drunk, cursing and shouting." He added, "Mr. B ordered one more bottle, so I tried to stop him from drinking more, but I had no choice but to serve him another bottle. Then, within 10 minutes, he finished another bottle and ordered more alcohol again." He said, "I thought he shouldn’t drink any more, so I tried to persuade him by saying, 'No, that’s enough, please leave now,' but Mr. B suddenly started throwing a tantrum, saying he had no money."

Mr. A said that the store was busy at the time, so he couldn’t deal with Mr. B’s complaints. Angered by this, Mr. B kicked the table and threw the soup bowl. Mr. A shouted, "I don’t need your money, just leave," but Mr. B retorted, "I’m a gangster from Yeonsinnae, and just because you’re the owner and younger doesn’t mean anything."

Soon after, the police arrived, and when asked if he wanted to hold Mr. B responsible for the damage, Mr. A requested, "It’s fine, just please escort Mr. B out of the store." However, Mr. B returned to the store 20 minutes later despite the police escort and grabbed Mr. A’s collar to start a confrontation. Mr. A said, "I wanted to drag him to the parking lot and hit him, but I held back. I reported it to the police again, and the case is now registered for business obstruction, assault, and property damage." He added, "I have secured all video and photo evidence and will update you on the outcome later."

Netizens who read the story responded with comments such as, "People like that don’t realize they’re being rude," "Get a medical injury certificate as soon as possible," "He thinks just being loud makes him important," "I hope this teaches him some manners," "A persistently troublesome person," and "Alcohol should be consumed in moderation."
