Kwangdong Pharmaceutical Launches Sunkist Orange and Grapefruit Soda
Kwangdong Pharmaceutical has launched ‘Sunkist Orange Soda’ and ‘Sunkist Grapefruit Soda’ containing citrus fruit concentrate. The Sunkist Orange and Grapefruit Sodas each contain tangy and sweet U.S.-grown orange concentrate and sweet yet slightly bitter grapefruit concentrate, respectively. The unique freshness of citrus fruits combined with refreshing, sparkling carbonation provides a full mouthfeel of coolness and tingling sensation. The new products are available in 355ml cans and 600ml and 1.5L PET bottles. They can be purchased through offline and online channels, with the 600ml orange soda product displayed at major convenience stores nationwide.

KT&G is launching the new product ‘Bohem Pipe Britten.’ It is made using Latakia tobacco leaves traditionally used in authentic British pipes. Instead of a regular filter, the product is equipped with a ‘tube filter’ to replicate the feel of pipe tobacco, and the filter is firm, preventing it from easily softening. The product packaging features the ‘British Racing Green’ color and a modern ‘cross-check’ pattern design. The tar and nicotine contents are 3.0 mg and 0.20 mg, respectively, and it is sold at 5,000 KRW per pack.
Twosome Place Launches ‘Daldidan Bamyanggan’ Beverages Inspired by BIBI
Twosome Place is selling two types of ‘Daldidan Bamyanggan’ beverages inspired by singer and actor BIBI’s hit song ‘Bamyanggan.’ These are summer limited drinks. The Daldidan Bamyanggan Latte is a smooth iced latte filled with sweet chestnuts and red beans. Unlike typical chestnut lattes, it features added red beans to create a richer flavor. It is topped with Daldidan Bamyanggan cubes. The ‘Daldidan Bamyanggan Shake’ is a sweet chestnut shake topped with soft ice cream and Daldidan Bamyanggan. This shake contains no caffeine, making it a refreshing treat anyone can enjoy anytime.

GS25 is sequentially launching popular character collaboration products targeting the Jalpa Generation (Gen Z + Alpha Generation), starting with ▲two types of Gamja X Cream Cheese Muffins and ▲three types of Bebedeori X Egg Bulgogi bread. Gamja and Bebedeori are famous emoticon characters that have recently gained great popularity among teens and people in their twenties on various SNS and messenger platforms. The Gamja collaboration products include cube potato salad made using the character’s key feature, potatoes. The Bebedeori collaboration products include hamburgers and English muffins.
7-Eleven Reveals Two Types of Toy Drinks
7-Eleven has launched two types of ‘Toy Drinks’ that include charm accessories popular as shoe decorations among the Jalpa Generation. Toy Drinks are a new type of product first named and introduced by 7-Eleven, with charm accessories enclosed in the cap at the bottom of the beverage. The newly introduced Toy Drinks are ‘Sanrio Peach Iced Tea Zero’ and ‘Sanrio Lemon Iced Tea Zero.’ Collaborating with popular Jalpa Generation characters, Sanrio Characters, the beverage packaging is decorated with Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, and others. Fourteen types of Sanrio Characters charm accessories, created with exclusive brand artwork, are randomly included in the cap at the bottom of the container. Additionally, in line with the ‘Healthy Pleasure’ trend, these zero-calorie iced teas are launched as refreshing drinks perfect for the summer season.
