"Evolution into an 'All-in-One' Financial Solution for Business Owners"
Loan brokerage fintech company Finda announced on the 23rd that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with tax automation startup G Enterprise to provide business loans and tax automation services. The signing ceremony was attended by Finda co-CEO Park Hong-min, G Enterprise CEO Lee Seong-bong, and other representatives from both companies.
Through this collaboration, both companies aim to maximize synergy between the tax market and the non-face-to-face loan comparison platform market. They agreed to mutually cooperate by exposing and linking their services and creating joint revenue models.
Finda plans to evolve into an ‘all-in-one’ financial solution for business owners by offering tax refund services within its application. In 2022, it acquired the big data commercial district analysis service ‘OpenUp’ and currently provides free services to prospective entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals. Last year, it launched a credit management service exclusively for sole proprietors.
To commemorate this partnership, the two companies plan to conduct a joint promotion ahead of the comprehensive income tax filing period in May. Among sole proprietor users, the first 2,000 will be offered a comprehensive income tax filing service worth 200,000 KRW at a 50% discounted price.
Park Hong-min, co-CEO of Finda, said, “The tax refund market, which amounts to about 10 trillion KRW based on refund amounts and 3 trillion KRW based on fees, is growing as the proportion of freelancers and sole proprietors, including ‘N-jobbers,’ increases. We will further strengthen our position as a fintech company that addresses all the pain points of business owners.”
