On the 22nd, RoadSystem announced that it held a strategic partnership agreement ceremony promising to promote joint projects using core technologies with Eden T&S, an AI business automation specialist company.
Eden T&S is a data-specialized company that developed robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. It was selected as the ‘LLM of the Year 2023’ after ranking first in the fine-tuning category of the ‘Open Ko-LLM Leaderboard’ hosted by the National Information Society Agency (NIA) and Upstage.
Through this agreement, RoadSystem plans to combine Eden T&S’s core AI-based technologies such as LLM, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal into TripPass. Together, they will jointly plan and develop the ‘TripPlan Service’ that can provide travel convenience to TripPass users.
In particular, by utilizing LLM, they will propose travel schedules optimized for users, and through retrieval-augmentation, create a service linked to big data-based lowest price product search and payment. Additionally, they will enhance services within TripPass such as a travel assistant service using multimodal and computer vision technologies that can simultaneously process various input types including text, images, and videos.
Kim Yeon-gi, CEO of Eden T&S, who attended the agreement ceremony, said, “We have been seeking technological and business expansion through developing services combining RPA and AI technologies, and this is a great opportunity to collaborate with a mobile passport-based platform. Through a successful strategic partnership, we will demonstrate the competitiveness of domestic AI technology.”
Jang Yang-ho, CEO of RoadSystem, emphasized, “If Eden T&S applies its top-tier domestic AI technology to TripPass, the world’s first commercialized mobile passport-based platform, it will be a great opportunity to promote not only Korea’s tourism competitiveness but also its technological competitiveness.”
