DxVx announced on the 15th that it has launched the open beta service of its web-based non-face-to-face medical consultation platform, ‘KHUB Non-face-to-face Medical Consultation,’ and has started partner pre-registration.
KHUB Non-face-to-face Medical Consultation is DxVx’s core digital healthcare service for medical transformation. It provides a 'relay' service that connects medical staff and patients during non-face-to-face consultations. The service will initially be launched targeting major hub hospitals and primary medical institutions in each region. Subsequently, advisory consultation services, provision of pharmaceuticals and medical information, and health management services will be supported sequentially.
Currently, pre-registration for medical staff recruitment is underway through the website, and most functions have been opened with the start of the open beta service. The open beta is a review period to ensure service stability, and the official service is scheduled to launch in April without any separate service interruptions.
KHUB Non-face-to-face Medical Consultation has been developed to enable remote medical consultations on all devices with internet access. Users can receive consultations and medical advice from doctors anytime and anywhere through various devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Being web-based, it can be easily used with just internet access without installing any specific applications or software. This maximizes user convenience and is expected to help resolve healthcare service imbalances by improving accessibility, especially for medically underserved areas and the elderly.
DxVx plans to grow this into a core digital healthcare pipeline for ‘Healthcare 4.0’ by integrating various medical services such as prescription issuance, health consultations, and test result interpretation using the medical information data platform and artificial intelligence (AI)-based patient health management services it is already building. It is also concurrently advancing service enhancement through medical institution partnerships and consultation alliances for various business collaborations.
A DxVx representative said, “In line with the government’s will for medical reform, we are cooperating to digitalize primary medical institutions and actively preparing for Healthcare 4.0 for medical resource management,” adding, “We will actively foster the digital healthcare business by entering the medical data and non-face-to-face medical consultation service market.”
