AI-Based Customer Consultation Solution Development and Operation Company
The White Communication (TWC) announced on the 3rd that it has been selected as one of the 'Korea AI (Artificial Intelligence) 50' companies organized by Forbes Korea.
The White Communication, a company that develops and operates AI-based customer consultation solutions, provides Cloud Gate, a customer consultation solution that allows answering customer inquiries coming through various channels such as phone, chat, chatbot, and email on a single screen. In 2019, it independently developed and launched Cloud Gate, an AI integrated consultation solution usable in various non-face-to-face environments such as collaboration, remote work, and CS (customer satisfaction) integrated management. Cloud Gate adds AI technology to a SaaS-based customer consultation solution, offering features such as automatic consultation summarization, automatic extraction of consultation keywords, and automatic generation of consultation reports.
One of the core technologies of Cloud Gate, the ‘AI Suggest’ feature, supports fast and accurate responses by automatically finding answers matching the questions when customers ask in text, using the company’s self-developed natural language processing engine, and providing them to consultants. Additionally, it uses AI technology to analyze customer consultation data in real time, supporting consultation summarization, automatic keyword classification, presentation of consultation trends, and FAQ generation.
The White Communication holds eight related patents and has received a total investment of 38.6 billion KRW so far, which is used for technology and service development. CEO Minyoung Park stated, “Through the advancement of AICC, we will provide improved services to client companies, such as enhancing consultation quality, shortening consultation time, and offering specialized care for complex consultations.”
