- 580 Households Sold Out in 2 Weeks
- Non-Sequential Subscription Records 119.70 to 1 Ratio
Yeongtong Xi Central Park Apartments in Yeongtong-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, were completely sold out 100% within two weeks of contract signing.
According to GS Construction, 20 units that were canceled due to ineligible applicants and low-floor units were finalized through a non-priority subscription on March 23 (Saturday).
During the non-priority subscription held on the Yeongtong Xi Central Park website from the 21st (Thursday) to the 22nd (Friday), 2,394 applicants competed for 20 units, recording an average competition rate of 119.70 to 1.
Previously, Yeongtong Xi Central Park recorded an average competition rate of 12.07 to 1 with 4,442 applicants in the first priority subscription for 368 units excluding special supply on February 20. Subsequently, during the official contract period (March 11?13) and the contract for reserve winners (March 16), 560 out of 580 units were contracted.
A sales official stated, “The location where Yeongtong Xi Central Park is situated is considered the top-tier area in Suwon, and combined with GS Construction’s luxurious finishing materials, floor plans, and trust in the Xi brand, it seems to have attracted high interest.”
Experts commented, “Despite Yeongtong Xi Central Park having the highest-ever sale price in Suwon exceeding 1 billion KRW (exclusive area 84㎡), it is extremely rare to achieve 100% sell-out so early in the contract phase. With rising raw material and labor costs, and the successful sale of Yeongtong Xi Central Park, the rate of increase in sale prices in the metropolitan area may accelerate.”
Yeongtong Xi Central Park consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 580 units of exclusive area 84㎡. The floor plan is designed as a 4-bay slab-type structure (excluding some types), and the ceiling height is raised to 2.4m (2.5m for tray ceilings) to maximize lighting and openness.
The community facility, Club Xi, includes multipurpose sports facilities (fitness center), Pilates room, private PT room, golf practice range, screen golf, dry sauna, caf? & lounge, single-person reading rooms, open study rooms, and a small library. Notably, the small library offers Kyobo Bookstore curation services.
The location is also excellent. Yeongtong Station on the Suin-Bundang Line subway is within a 5-minute walk, and there are over 10 schools within a 1 km radius, including Yeongtong Elementary School, Yeongil Middle School, and Yeongdeok High School. Additionally, the 137,062㎡ Yeongtong Central Park is adjacent, and Yeongheung Forest Park (501,937㎡) is nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment.
Convenience facilities are well established as well. There are Homeplus (Suwon Yeongtong branch), Lotte Mart (Yeongtong branch), and the Suwon Sports and Culture Center nearby, where residents can enjoy various sports and hobbies such as swimming and golf. The proximity to Samsung Digital City, which houses Samsung Electronics headquarters, affiliates, and partner companies, is also a strong advantage.
Move-in is scheduled for March 2027.
