Combining Japanese and English Texts to Target the Global Market
Channel Corporation announced on the 25th that it has revamped the brand identity (BI) of its AI business messenger ‘Channel Talk’ to expand into the global market. They explained that the renewal was carried out to effectively realize the mission of ‘connecting businesses and customers more closely’ in the global market by incorporating a sense of intimacy and expansion into the Channel Talk symbol and logo.
The newly unveiled logo, along with the symbol change, combines texts from key countries where Channel Talk is used, including Korean, Japanese, and English. This is to enhance versatility in the global market and to embody Channel Talk’s image that encompasses the entire world.
Founded in 2014, Channel Corporation operates ‘Channel Talk,’ an all-in-one AI business messenger that provides chat consultation, customer relationship management (CRM), team messenger, AI internet phone, and video call functions. Channel Talk is supplied to over 160,000 companies in 22 countries worldwide, and achieved an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of 36 billion KRW last year.
Jae-hong Kim, CEO of Channel Corporation, said, “Through this rebranding, we will establish our presence in the global market starting with the North American region,” adding, “With the powerful AI features newly introduced in April, we will dramatically improve work efficiency and lead the global market.”
