Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju: "Difficult Administrative Tasks, Village Administrators Handle Them Smoothly"

Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 19th that it will operate a free village administrative officer consultation service to assist citizens who are having difficulties with administrative tasks.

Starting from the 21st until December, every Thursday from 2 PM to 4 PM, a village administrative officer consultation desk will be set up on the first floor of the Civil Affairs and Legal Affairs Division at Gwangsan-gu Office.

When visiting the desk, five village administrative officers appointed by Gwangsan-gu will provide professional advice and consultations related to administrative tasks through talent donation. The consultation areas include writing petitions and suggestions submitted to administrative agencies, various contracts, agreements and claims, explanations of laws and procedures, and provision of related materials.

For citizens who find it difficult to visit the district office, non-face-to-face consultations are also available. If you have questions or need help related to administrative tasks, you can receive consultations by contacting via phone, fax, or email.

A Gwangsan-gu official stated, “We expect that administrative services tailored to the citizens’ perspective will be provided through the village administrative officers.”
