B8 Type Records Highest Competition Rate of 226 to 1
Bando Construction's officetel 'Gyeonghuigung Ubora' supplied in Yeongcheon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, recorded an average competition rate of 90.8 to 1 in its subscription results.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 5th, 'Gyeonghuigung Ubora' received a total of 999 applications for 11 officetel units during the subscription reception held on the 4th, resulting in an average competition rate of 90.8 to 1. In particular, the B8 type (exclusive area 22㎡) recorded the highest competition rate of 226 to 1.
The announcement of the officetel winners will be on the 8th, and the official contract will take place on the 11th. Resale is allowed after the contract.
A sales official explained, "As an officetel with verified location conditions in the center of Seoul's Four Great Gates, it has excellent proximity to urban business districts and guarantees stable rental income, which attracted high interest from demanders."
The subscription schedule for Gyeonghuigung Ubora apartments is the 1st priority on the 5th and the 2nd priority on the 6th. The winner announcement is on the 12th, and the official contract period is from the 25th to the 27th.
The 1st priority subscription qualification requires a subscription savings account membership period of more than 12 months, meeting the deposit amount by region and area, and being a resident aged 19 or older in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi). Multi-homeowners and household members can also apply, and there is no re-winning restriction. The resale restriction period is one year.
Gyeonghuigung Ubora is being constructed as part of the Yeongcheon District housing redevelopment project in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, at 69-20 Yeongcheon-dong, Seodaemun-gu. It consists of two buildings with 5 basement floors and 23 above-ground floors, 199 apartment units with exclusive areas of 59 to 143㎡, and 116 officetel units with exclusive areas of 21 to 55㎡. Move-in is scheduled for July 2026.
