This driver's license acquisition course aims to strengthen the employment capabilities of marriage immigrants and support their economic independence. The program is conducted in two sessions, first and second half of the year.

Participants will receive education necessary for obtaining a driver's license, including theoretical education, skills tests, and road driving training. In particular, depending on income level, part of the tuition fee can be subsidized, and even if the exam is failed, tuition discounts are available through a business agreement linkage between the center and the Songtan Station Automobile Driving Specialized Academy.

The Pyeongtaek-si Family Center changed its name from the former 'Pyeongtaek-si Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center' in 2022, and provides universal and comprehensive family services by integrating bifurcated services according to family types.
