Gyeongbuk Development Corporation and Deojon Housing, a specialized company in detached house construction, are set to begin full-scale construction of the detached housing site (Lake Village) in the Gyeongbuk Provincial Government New Town, a public-private joint project.
On the 23rd, Gyeongbuk Development Corporation announced that construction had started on 11 detached houses in the first phase of land sales. The detached housing site scheduled for construction this time (D-11BL) is adjacent to Hominji Lake Park, which spans 3.31 million square meters to the east of the complex, and to the north, there is an ecological stream and a millennium forest. Nearby are the Gyeongbuk Provincial Government Office building and public institutions, providing excellent residential conditions.
This area offers affordable land prices supplied by Gyeongbuk Development Corporation and consists of highly preferred house sizes ranging from 30 to 65 pyeong. Buyers can choose from a total of nine types according to their lifestyle, and visitors have been continuously visiting the three model houses of different types prepared within the detached housing site.
According to Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, out of a total of 109 residential lots, 23 lots have been sold. Among these, construction has started on 11 houses, and the remaining 12 are expected to begin construction around the end of March after completing the permit procedures. The 86 unsold residential lots are still being sold through private contracts. The already sold land was reportedly sold at 1.3 million KRW per pyeong.
A sales representative from Deojon Housing stated, “We are receiving positive responses from visitors to the model houses regarding the reasonable prices starting from the 300 million KRW range, which include both land sales and construction, as well as the floor plans featuring specialized designs. As a result, the remaining units in the complex are being sold out starting from the locations with excellent positioning.”
