Focus on Preventing Major Accidents and Industrial Disasters

Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, conducted the 2024 first quarter safety and health training for over 430 on-site workers affiliated with the county at the Changnyeong Culture and Arts Center Small Theater over two days on the 21st and 22nd.

This group training, commissioned to an educational institution designated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, focused on preventing major accidents and industrial disasters by enhancing workers' safety and health awareness. The training covered topics such as ▲ industrial safety and accident prevention ▲ prevention and management of job-related stress.

The county plans to regularly hold safety and health training sessions by inviting professional instructors to ensure the training is effective for workers in preventing major and industrial accidents.

A county official stated, “In this training, we provided compliance guidelines for preventing industrial accidents and information on workplace safety and health to create a pleasant working environment where workers can perform their duties safely.”
