Gwangsan Fire Station in Gwangju Metropolitan City will conduct special rescue training for its 119 rescue team members over three days from the 5th to the 7th to prepare for water-related accidents during the thawing season.
The training aims to ▲inspect water rescue equipment and master underwater diving techniques in preparation for water-related accidents during the thawing season ▲enhance practical skills in water rescue operations using water rescue equipment.
A fire official stated, "Through continuous training, we will improve the professionalism of the rescue team members and focus on securing citizen safety through prompt response."
