Hyosung Heavy Industries Construction Division, the construction expert behind 'Hyosung Villa,' the pioneer of Korea's top-tier villas, is solidifying its position in the construction industry by introducing differentiated residential products across the country.

Despite major construction companies dominating the housing market, Hyosung Heavy Industries Construction Division has achieved remarkable growth through successful sales in key Seoul areas such as Yongsan, Cheongnyangni, Hongje, and Taereung, based on its excellent construction capabilities.

Building on this momentum, the company has supplied housing mainly in major metropolitan areas in the Seoul metropolitan area and other large cities, achieving excellent sales results. Even amid unstable real estate market conditions caused by consecutive interest rate hikes after COVID-19, it continues to succeed in winning contracts nationwide by delivering high product completeness in location, specialized design, community facilities, landscaping, and residential services.

Additionally, with strong support from the Hyosung Group, it maintained an 'A0' credit rating in 2022, further enhancing its stability.

Harrington Place, the apartment brand of Hyosung Heavy Industries Construction Division, is a premium residential brand recognized by consumers through awards at major apartment brand awards. It has received accolades such as the 2020 Consumer-Selected Best Brand Apartment Award, the 2021 Future Architecture Culture Award for Customer Satisfaction (Apartment), the Customer-Recommended Brand Award for Customer Satisfaction (Apartment), the Korea Consumer Association's Brand of the Year Award, and the 2022 Future Architecture Culture Grand Prize.

In the first half of last year, it simultaneously conducted three sales projects in Anseong and Namyangju in Gyeonggi Province and Cheongju in Chungbuk, attracting significant attention from buyers.
