‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yangjeong,’ launched by Doosan Construction in January, is located in Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, and consists of two buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 36 floors above ground, with a total of 264 units, including 244 apartments and 20 residential officetels. The apartment areas vary in 8 types, ranging from 59 to 76m² of exclusive area.


The Yangjeong-dong area in Busanjin-gu, where the project site is located, is regarded as a new residential hub in Busan. This is because 21 redevelopment projects are underway, starting with the five-zone redevelopment promotion district of Citizen Park and extending to Yangjeong and Yeonsan-dong, in an area that is a rare flat terrain location in Busan. As a result, the Bujeon, Yeonsan, and Yangjeong areas are forming an emerging residential line with about 19,000 households, increasing the area's preference.


An official stated, "With new apartments coming into Busanjin-gu, which has excellent commercial and transportation facilities, development as a core residential area of Busan is expected," adding, "Centered on the Yangjeong housing redevelopment project, large-scale supply in the Busan Citizen Park redevelopment promotion district is also anticipated, so demanders are recognizing the future value first."

Transportation conditions are expected to improve further. The ‘Hwangnyeong 3 Tunnel,’ which will shorten the construction period by two years, is scheduled to open in 2030. Using the Hwangnyeong 3 Tunnel, built to reduce traffic congestion, will cut travel time from Yeonsan Intersection to Daenam Intersection by 20 minutes. Additionally, last year, ‘BuTX,’ Busan’s metropolitan express railway, added ‘Bujeon Station’ as a downtown transfer station.
