[Photo] Icicles Hanging from Hongjecheon Waterfall

On the 18th, when the morning low temperature dropped to minus 12 degrees Celsius, the Hongjecheon Waterfall in Hongje-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, was frozen solid with icicles hanging.
