The Korea Ceramic Foundation has announced a new vision.
At the 'Vision Declaration Ceremony' held on the 14th at the Kobaco Training Center in Yangpyeong, the Korea Ceramic Foundation set its new mission as "Contributing to the happiness of the people through the spread of ceramic culture and innovation in the ceramic industry" and proclaimed a new vision as "A specialized institution that communicates with the public through ceramic culture and creates new value."
The foundation presented four strategic directions to achieve this vision: ▲ spreading ceramic culture and creating demand ▲ strengthening support systems to enhance the competitiveness of ceramic artists ▲ enhancing expertise to lead the ceramic culture industry ▲ improving management environment and capabilities. It then announced 12 detailed strategic tasks and 24 key implementation tasks.
During the event, the foundation also held the 'ESG Management Declaration Ceremony' and the 'Fair Trade Compliance Program Introduction Declaration Ceremony (CP)'.
Choi Moon-hwan, CEO of the Korea Ceramic Foundation, stated, "Activities that declare the direction the Korea Ceramic Foundation aims to take internally and externally are directly linked to the trust of the residents," and promised, "Through the newly established value system, the foundation will systematically nurture the ceramic culture industry ecosystem and transform into a specialized institution that communicates with the public through ceramic culture and creates new value."
