Residents are blocking County Governor Kim San, who is coming down the stairs to attend the dialogue scheduled at 2 p.m. on the 13th between Governor Kim Young-rok and the residents of Muan County.

Currently, the dialogue with the provincial residents has been delayed for an hour due to the blockade by the Muan Emergency Response Committee.
